Clear your browser cashe. There should be one request only if you haven’t login to the site since we did the upgrades back in November if I remember correctly.

It seems to be working OK for me now, Kyle. However, I am trying to "consolidate two email addresses" into a single account. I have done this, but I keep getting the message "it appears that your accounts have already been consolidated". I have tried this multiple times, but the message persists.....

Open a ticket, stating both addresses and will look at it.

Now I am completely unable to login, since the site is not accepting my password. I have tried to reset my password (via both email addresses), but it does not appear to be working properly (it states "reset email", as opposed to "send") So, I am well and truly stuck!

Try a different browser, firefox, chrome (sucks) or opera or safari for windows.

I tired Chrome and MSEdge and both don't work. What happens is that on the pw reset page, after introducing the new password and confirming it, nothing happens after pressing "continue".

Apologies. Me stupid. Did not match the password criteria.

However, Chrome did not work for me. MS Edge did it.
