Is KRDU from LatinVFr compatible in 4.3?

Yes it will work. I don't think it has been "officially" updated though. At the simmarket page it is listed as P3Dv2-4.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?

No problems for me whatsoever.

It works and is my favorite as it is my home airport...... but it has a few elevation errors. Maybe someone knows how to correct this? I have orbx and vectors installed.

Did you run Vectors config and disabled KRDU?

Did you check to see if there are any duplicate AFCADs in you P3d folder? If yes disable them and test.

Did you set your mesh setting to 5 or higher?

I don't have any issues with KRDU, but I do not have orbx vectors installed.

Looks like the famous RDU Waterfalls 😉

I used the ORBX AEC to correct this at another airport.
