November 27, 20187 yr Hi, As you may already know, it seems expected Prepar3D 4.4 gets released tomorrow, Nov 28 2018. This is a quick note to let you know what is expected on our end: we'll be releasing a GTN update compatible with Prepar3D v4.4 as soon as possible after it is officially released. Each new version has been different but past updates didn't take us longer than about a day. Once we do, our add-on is fully compliant to the Prepar3D SDK and installs entirely in its own folder using the addon.xml method. You can safely uninstall the P3D4 client and you won't loose any RXP file. Therefore, I'd suggest you wait for our update prior updating to P3D 4.4. Edited November 27, 20187 yr by RXP
December 2, 20187 yr Author Hi, just to let you know we are not forgetting you and have been busy around the clock. The P3D4.4 update was the easy part (1/2 hour). Finalizing all the updated code which was planned for the next update a little later took a little more (1 day) because we've decided to merge the P3D4.4 and the feature update. But what took another 1 day is something we didn't expected: we've found an actual bug in the trainer which CTD. This was a very nasty bug, deep in the bowels of the GTN computations, but we seem to have found the cause and the cure now. Hopefully, as I'm writing now, we've found a fix and I suspect this might have accounted for some of you reporting a 'black screen' sometimes, or a 'pressing the continue button it freezes' etc... Unfortunately, this delays our GNS V2 update as well, because we not only wanted to release both updates at the same time, but this bug could probably be found in the GNS trainer as well. Now that we know what to look for, it will be quite fast to find out about the GNS and finalize all our updates tomorrow (finger crossed).
