Go Flight's Facebook page and notices are advertising a new webpage.  Should have launched on October 1st, but that didn't happen.  It says to stay tuned, though.  More new products coming as well.

We'll see...

I just noticed my throttle #3  and reverse button #1 is not working anymore.  So, I put information into  a contact us form.  Three days later still no answer.  I tried disconnecting from usb hub and connecting directly to the motherboard and even an Intel versus non Intel USB connection and still no luck.  It looks like they have a maintenance product for throttles that includes new pots / buttons.  Is that what I would need?  Are there any instructions on replacing them (the web site doesn't have any information)?

Re: the maintenance product for throttles. Sometime ago I replaced the whole circuit board with a new unit. I still have the original one, which I tried to repair. Just be aware, that although the individual holders and integrated pots are secured to the base of the C/B by 1/8" round head allan bolts, the pots themselves are soldered to the circuitry, which means that they are extremely difficult to remove and replace. I am fairly adept at soldering, but found that it was just not worth the effort. If you go ahead with that solution, good luck.

FWIW, I successfully replaced the two throttle pots 3-4 months ago. It is tedious. Using desoldering braid to wick away existing solder makes it easier.

Some good news to report about GoFlight. I searched for them on Facebook and they announced in October they are now under new management. When I asked about support for MFS they said they would be developing drivers for it. That's a huge relief especially with Mitch and John Krieg back there. 👍

A huge plus one on new drivers for MFS.  Great news!

Forever indebted to the late Michael Greenblatt of FSGS.
