February 6, 20197 yr New to Xplane11, and enjoying the experience, however during 2 separate first flights in the 737x Zibo, from YPAD to YMML 10 Minutes from T/D, the cockpit slowly blacks out completely, the exterior view is still daylight (midday),. I am not using any alternative weather engine, or weather programme. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks Mike
February 6, 20197 yr Hi Did you set Cabin Altitude for cruise? http://www.b737.org.uk/images/dcpcspanel.jpg Russ Bailey EGJB
February 6, 20197 yr Yep, he's not joking. Set altitude and monitor cabin pressure! Icing is now simulated so watch out for weird handling behaviour as your engines and wings ice over - another way to die.. Len Carne
February 7, 20197 yr Classic Zibo ... - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
February 7, 20197 yr More like classic X-Plane 😉 The hypoxia symptoms show in every plane above a certain altitude if the option isn't unchecked and the plane has no (or a misconfigured) pressurization- or oxygen-system.
February 7, 20197 yr The other thing which can happen is the windows turning grey, and that's because windows have not been heated 🙂 Chock 1.1: "The only thing that whines louder than a jet engine is a flight simmer."

You sure this is enabled for the default 737? - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
