Not true.  One may save and load any configuration you have saved using the EXPORT/IMPORT buttons.  I have long suggest that they should be labeled SAVE/LOAD.  This is not automatic with different aircraft but it only takes 5 sec to do.  I have configurations for my DC6, twin and quad jets.

Same here, the import/Export functions is a hidden  jewel of the P3D GUI...

Without question for a stick the warthog but you need to change the setting within P3D to what FSL say, if you don't it's to twitchy.

Under controls >Joystick-HOTAS Warthog set the following

AXIS

Ailerons axis 95 Null zone 17

Elevator axis 110 Null zone 23

I bought mine around 6 months after they came out. Still perfect.

Off the top of my head around 17cm

It's 3Kg in weight. it's no "toy"

In DCS it's another world to using it in P3D, in P3D you just tickerling it.

Hi David , what am i missing here. Elevators seems fine but ailerons is really weird movement like there is a conflict. Its almost impossible.

UPDATE!! Sorry it was a conflict with my Saitek Yoke axis . Took me 1 hour and then 5 minutes to solve😄

Thanks

Hey folks - Just wondering if the out of the box p3d settings are good for the Thrustmaster Warthog.  It feels a little sluggish in P3D to me for some reason, almost like it needs alot of input to manage the FSL A320 sometimes.  In XP on the FF320 - it feels a tad more responsive to where I would think the real thing would respond.

hey do you have your settings cuz i just got the warthog stick and throttle i use fsuipc but find it sluggish on roll control specially compared to the real thing, please if you have any setup that works for you i would much appreciate it

Excuse me to revive this thread , does the warthog works very well today with aircraft such as FSLAB A320 ? I am looking to purchase this side stick. Only the side stick not the throttle. I am coming from and old X52 Saitek. I just want to know if its worth the investment , also if it works without the throttle just the side stick ?

I use it with the FSLabs Airbus and it works great.  I use the Virtualfly TQ6 for throttle, so no dependency between the throttle and stick.

Great I was hoping it wasn't like my X52 from Saitek that without the throttle the stick won't work.
