August 23, 20196 yr Hi Folks, Glad to see Mark not resting on his laurels and moving forward on another highly anticipated project... I'm pretty familiar with the texture work of the "new" company - and I'm not a total fan of a couple things... I hope Flysimware keeps their hand in on the texture process in a supervisory role... First off - if the textures are chopped the way they normally are - it makes it absolutely miserable for the people who want to paint them (LOL - Dave seems to have mastered this) - and I do believe the availability of new paints and the paints people want to see - equates to more sales and better longevity of the model... Now I don't think I've seen any PBR textures from them - but the old standard textures really seemed to be a tad dark and dreary - even in the brightest light - I'm thinking the CJ2 here... Maybe they're better with PBR - I hope so... Anyway - I'm a huge fan of Wicked Bacons work and it's extremely nice to have some type of ongoing dialog with the guy doing the work - it's truly a shame some agreement couldn't have been reached between these two parties for the same work... As always - just my humble opinion - take it for what it's worth... Regards, Scott Edited August 23, 20196 yr by scottb613

I fully agree! I wish @Wickedbacon92 would be doing the texture work for the upcoming C414. Greetings Tim My files on Flightsim.to i5 12600K | 32Gb | RTX 4080

Anyways, i'm busy with my own product, plus 3 other contracts including a Citation for X-Plane. Always working. 😉 Link to my personal website where my work is shown.https://eliamonater.wixsite.com/wickeddesigns
August 24, 20196 yr If you ever get bored and have nothing else to do, the 402C and 441 could use a little texture lovin'. It’s going to be a while before I even touch the MU-2, and that will be my last. Link to my personal website where my work is shown.https://eliamonater.wixsite.com/wickeddesigns

I am pretty sure they will allow use to choose the layout for the main fuselage. Also i already confirmed they do not stretch the texture like i see with Carenado. Also Wicked Bacon and I both can't product the quality this Company does as they have been doing this for a long time and can also do this quickly which means more aircraft per year with the best quality.
September 4, 20196 yr Author RE: @Flysimware Hi Mark, Thanks for taking the time for the explanation - understood - hopefully they are doing the mapping for you - as I've always found that task the most tedious and least enjoyable while modeling... I think we just all wanted to espouse our affection and appreciation for Wicked Bacon's work... He really brought your models to a whole new level... Regards, Scott
April 4, 20224 yr Congratulations on this MSFS production. From what I've seen in a review it is an outstanding piece of work. I'm glad that the graphics are now catching up to the systems and flight dynamics modelling. You are on the right track. Take a bow Mark. Cheers Steve Hall
