October 1, 20196 yr Wow, plenty of TFDi Design 717 pilots here.....and yet not a single one has responded to the questions in my "TFDi Design 717 CoG" thread. I would be very grateful if you guys could have a look.... October 1, 20196 yr I’m not using the latest HF but I am using fsuipc for throttle calibration and have no problem.
October 1, 20196 yr I initially had issues with the controls of the TFDi 717 and FSUIPC then I created a "profile specific" set of control for the aircraft and the issues were solved. (How or why -- I have no clue). i7 6700K @ 4.6GHz, ASUS Z170-PRO GAMING, 32GB DDR4 2666MHz, 750W EVGA SuperNOVA, 512GB Samsung 960 PRO, 1TB Western Digital - Black Edition RTX 2080Ti (MSI trio), Corsair H115i - 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler
October 1, 20196 yr Issue is not the controls, the controls move fine only no thrust is produced. The weird thing is that in cold and dark state N1 initial reading is 95%! Something is definitely wrong, I've opened a ticket to TFDI. Appreciate if someone has an idea of what is causing this. BTW reverting to HF1 does not fix the issue so it isn't P3D version related. October 3, 20196 yr Apologies,The issue was that the plane was probably not initialized correctly in the scenario start up (saved flight).I was trying again and again to start the aircraft from C&D state while the issue remained as I was using the same saved flight. That was resolved once I started a new scenario from scratch. BTW in regards to the CTD issue - I was experiencing this constantly on Win 7. Ever since upgrading to Win 10 I no longer encounter this (same HW, add ons etc...) Good to hear your saved flight problem is resolved and thanks for confirming you have had no TFDi717 CTD problems with WIN10. Best Regards, Vaughan Martell PP-ASEL KDTW
