FSL A320 CTD

Recommended Posts

I just reinstalled the FSL A320 and am getting crashes to desktop after loading it. I knew of a solution in the past but I cannot remember it anymore. I would very much appreciate any help with that.

Best

I also have the FSLabs A320, but for FSX :  Cannot install the newest version without a CDT:  Carefully followed their install procedures several times - no joy.  (Can't even go back and install any earlier versions w/o a CTD).  My support ticket of more than 8 months ago was basically ignored.  I've given up.  Liked the Labs A320 a lot, but now it's forever stuck in the hanger...  (I also have the Concorde).  I find FSlabs install procedures very time consuming, and loading to be very temperamental.  Plus, FSlabs files are spread all over the FSX sim and registry. making it hard to tell what's causing the CTD problem...

Ta Ta FSLabs - no more payware $$$ from me...

.400 from back in July is the newest, and according to FSL, the final version update for FSX.

If you get CTD, it's more than likely a dependency issue like .NET or Visual Runtime C++ files missing. Best option would be to check the event log (eventvwr.msc) to see what failed.

Expand "Windows Logs" -> Application or Setup to see what errors are captured.

I have no trouble loading the  FSLabs Concorde or a few hundred other aircraft in FSX without a CTD...

I will check the error log...

Thank you but none of your suggestions work unfortunately. Guess I have to wait for an update.
