How can I achieve this camera movement?

Featured Replies

Hi,

can someone please tell me which settings and which program I need to move the camera in the same manner as in this video at for example 1:45min?

I have seen this so often already but never figured out how to do it.

Thank you!

Best regards Andreas

Chaseplane from FSFX!

I just won't fly without it.

But I'll tell you this as well... there are many, many more camera movements available with Chaseplane... it's gonna blow you way my friend!

I agree, wouldn’t fly without chasplane, there aren’t too many add-on’s I can say I wouldn’t fly without but this is definitely one of them...as Dave said, it will truly blow you away and give you a new perspective on your simming.

Ah!  Well that makes sense.  Another very good addon. Chaseplane is merely my own preference.

Many thanks.

Actually I have Chaseplane but never used it that way.

What assignments do I need to make to move the camera this way?

I suppose its a combination of mouse and a hat switch?

Thx!

Same for me with EZCA.
Very interested to know who to make the camera move that way.

Thanks in advance 😉

Back when Chaseplane was in early Beta, Keven at FSFX and I were doing some other work when I asked him about the best way to operate CP.  He mentioned using an Xbox controller, so I went out to Walmart and picked one up and it's allowed me to do amazing things with the camera.  With the XBox controller, it's just a matter of a little practice.

Also, everything you see at around 1:45 can also be done just by moving your head if you have a TrackIR (all by itself).  Plus TrackIR works seamlessly with CP.

Best wishes!
