You can test pretty much all of Azure download locations here.

Its pretty obvious that MSFS will be hosted on Azure so your local DC is where it would be delivered from.

Also theres a map of said locations

Excluding the Department of Defence ones probably though.

That’s not necessarily the case. I often get worse speeds from a server located in my home town in the UK than I do from servers elsewhere in Europe (or even the US).
