Hello, I ask your advise why is so bright and seems so foggy  while my Lightning settings are

Brightness 0.90

Bloom 9.10

Can you change the weather to clear sky's? This looks more like the weather effecting the sim vs the brightness and saturation settings.

Imho your bloom value is much too high. I have something like brightness 1.2, bloom 0.15 and saturation 1.03.

I use AS4 and in sim weather is in Fair weather, don’t know why this happening

Bloom can be set to 3.0 max. A value of 9.1 can only be set in the P3D.cfg file manually and will remain till you change the value in P3D itself...

If you want your P3D to look gorgeous, you may want to try PTA (preferred to me, but payware) or Tomato Shade (freeware) in your system. They're shaders/lighting modifiers that can improve very much the way your P3D looks.

There's a very good set of presets that can be used by either one of the two apps mentioned before, that can be found here:

A bloom value of 9.10 does not make any sense, so maybe this was a typing error?

I would try to remove AS4 and see if you can get it to look normal with a stock sim. Then after it looks normal then try to install add-on weather program of your choice.

Is everything too bright, or just P3D?

Just for giggles, in the NVIDIA control panel under display -> change resolution, make sure 'Output dynamic range' is set to "Full". Having it set to limited can do all sorts of wacky things on both the dark and light ends of the brightness spectrum and makes it really hard to adjust for an acceptable image using the monitor controls.
