I want this in MSFS

"you ever flown one of these before?"

"Nope"

Its one of these:

And yes I've flown one! 🤣

Yeah I think it's close but not quite. Lol

Double folding wings, at body and half way down the wing.  And able to unfold in flight.

Is there a real glider that can do that?

My brother has Coronavirus, confirmed by testing. On 3/26 he almost didn't survive the night.  He had extreme trouble breathing and was given a steroid inhaler.  He was very weak, had nausea, and other issues that aren't pleasant.  As of this update he is feeling much better, and seems he will be fine.  Stay safe out there.  (Updated 4/6)

Interesting. Using a C-17 or some other large cargo aircraft looks like a fun (and more expensive) way of getting your glider up in the air 🤣

Yeah, a bit excessive,  isn't it? Lol

Curious if MSFS will have gliders

It will be very interesting if they do. With the 1000 point FDE and the new atmosphere, I think that a glider would offer the best possible test of fidelity to the simulation.

Especially with the air currents simulated

Ohh yeah... 🙂

We know that they plan on doing nice airflow simulations (ridge lift). If they'd still implement somewhat natural thermals (above dark ground textures for example), that would be a gliders paradise.

Happy with MSFS 🙂
home simming evolved

And thermals capped by Cu and tilted downwind. And cycles of course. They should really be getting me to test this stuff for them! 😒

Yes there is but only fold not unfold. You have to exceed the VNE to activate it.

i first have to see the new Bond sorry

And that is relevant to this bond glider because....

Aircraft launched from other aircraft.
