I have no jetways showing at KORD or KMDW, no matter what density settings I use.  This problem is in both P3Dv4 & v5, latest updates to both....any ideas why?  I also have ORBX global installed, and I positioned the DD Chicago airports below it....it was installed above all ORBX files originally, but again, no jetways either way.

Maybe an issue with SODE?

I also caught this in time to take advantage, so I'll add my thanks to DD for making this happen.  It's a win-win, as I've been on the fence about picking up the airports package and the city package.  Now that I've got the airports, getting the city becomes a no-brainer.
