Problem installing PKSIM BOGOTA

Recommended Posts

206cc71c1da619b12f11c75b5235e349o.jpgHELLO Everybody , just want to say that i am very dissapointed with these guys , i have been for 2 weeks tryng to install the Scenario in my PREPR3D and guess what, there is a problem to connect with their servers , i have already ask them some help , but the just answer me that is a problem with my connection , but  thats not true, i asked them for a complete refund but they didnt answer my emails , so so if there is somebody who have installed in the last month, please tell me how , because i am exhausted and frutared .

BTW , I TURN OFF MY FIREWALL as they told me

thank you for reading my compain .

Cesar

I love people taking all-caps potshots at companies because they can't download and install a piece of software. Have you exhausted all of your avenues of support with them? It's really pretty inexcusable to do this. How about next time::

"Difficulty downloading/installing XYZ - please help" and explain your situation. I've often had trouble installing something and someone on the forum kindly helped.

I trust your apology will be in all-caps as well once it's worked out?

completely agree with you, PKSIM has a user portal in which you can find all your products, serial number, all sim platforms and how many installations you have left per product.

It is really harsh to damage a company reputation like that. If you check the user portal you will find everything.DF7B143E-1A78-42E3-AE40-983F8D2856C4.thumb.jpeg.1e2a4840d73dca95da3585fa9b17bcb3.jpeg

Perhaps a moderator could amend the topic title to reflect the truth instead of the allegation....

Or perhaps the administrator has decided that the topic title is justified.

I had a question about the user portal, but I just realized that PKSIM and PacSim are two different vendors.  Sorry, disregard.
