May 22, 20206 yr I wonder if I can keep DD Seattle? Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
May 22, 20206 yr The DD airports YES, the DD Seattle landscape photoscenery No. In fact you dont even need the latter since a detailed Seattle is already part of the Orbx TE Washington offering. Edited May 22, 20206 yr by mikced76
May 22, 20206 yr The pics look really good in P3D v5. I have the XP version so I do not see a need for this, but I was wondering about all the PNW FTX airports that I have. Will they work if I upgrade? Update: I just learned from the FTX forum that they are compatible. Edited May 22, 20206 yr by DJJose MSFS
May 22, 20206 yr Author Ok, thank you. Just testing now. Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
May 22, 20206 yr Author Together with the TE release go various updates for freeware and payware airports in this region. For V5 I can tell it is:OS9, 11S, 1S2, 1WA6, 2S1, 2W3, 3W5, 7WA3, KBVS, KCMW, KFHR, KHQM, KORS, KTIW, S43, S93, W16 and WA56.Not all ORBX airports in the Washington area are V5 compatible yet, though. You won't even see them in ORBX central. Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
May 22, 20206 yr Karl, what is you overall opinion about TE Washington so far, any good at all, you recommend? I have all the Orbx Pacific Nortwest airports, do they look good with TE?
May 22, 20206 yr Most probably you'd need a super computer to be able to run this thing with decent FPS in a well known congested area by default. Could anyone post their findings?. May 22, 20206 yr Author I'm testing now. Here are some screenshots upfront. https://www.dropbox.com/s/me10i2hs7rxzlqo/TE Washington.zip?dl=0 What airports are you interested in? Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5
May 22, 20206 yr KORS, Orcas Island would be interesting as well as 3w5 Concrete, that must be a beautiful area with TE as well as Darrington
May 22, 20206 yr Author Ok, I can do this. I have KORS and 3W5 installed. Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5

May 22, 20206 yr Author Hmm... I'm not sure how to remove Seattle City X and at the same time keep Seattle Airports. It's obviously one folder and one add-on.xml file. Karl i9-9900K@5,0 | 32GB 3200 | 2080TI | 4K 55" | MSFS | P3D V5

Karl Yeah it mixes upon install of both. Only way is to uninstall, then install seattle airports by itself 🙂 Edited May 22, 20206 yr by snapshot21 PC- AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, 64gb 6400mhz RAM, Nvidia RTX4090

May 22, 20206 yr Your images look very good. What does the scenery look like as you approach the runway for landing, say at 500 ft above runway end? John
