They made no secret of the fact that there would be plenty of room for third party developers to improve on the default airports. Perhaps they’ll be some improvements over time but wouldn’t expect that much between now an release.

June 26, 20205 yr The world is big very big guys 😜, a couple of updates back they said they manage to "manually" craft a few thousand airports..for me quite an accomplishment since I was not even expecting that. I know that besides known airports or landing strips with special features or places of interest all the rest will be generic. this particular one looks like an island to me and islands airports ( with exception of a hand few) are notorious to have lego bricks no surprise at all..
