I hope we can use the half refresh rate setting as I have a 4k 60hz monitor..,

Image Sharpening set to On, default values, make textures look very nice

I heard to enable 'threaded optimization' in the nvidia control panel.

That. It's a messy blur otherwise. Good thing that Nvidia fixed sharpening with yesterday's drivers.
