DF 727 Windows 10?

Featured Replies

No it will not and only works for FS2004 if I remember. I think that it was the best 727 modelled, no one has come close.

Thanks Jeff. Still running and loving FS2004 but unfortunately progress raises it's ugly head and I'm on W10 now. Oh well, just saved myself some bucks!

Roger, I have just finished installing FS9 after many many years.  It took over 6 days to get everything working again but well pleased to come back to FS9. I still have FSX-Steam but for now I am re-enjoying FS9. I must have many $$ invested in FS9.

As far as dream-fleet 727 - I had no problems reinstalling.  I had to go through Flight one to redownload.   I am using W10.  So far all is running well and much better FPS.

Hope this will help.

Eh, I have it running in FS2004 and Windows 10. Make sure you get the latest Text-o-matic installer. However, I have the CD version, not the Flight1 one.

Thanks Jeff, nice to read.

And Roger, you can always get a refund from Flight1 if it doesn't work, though as you've read, others have it working with Win10.

Cheers

It is nice to see older models for FS9 still working in  W10

Often, to get the older aircraft with installers into FS2004 & Windows 10, I right-click the installer, run the installer in XP compatibility mode & as Admin, just in case.

That has worked for me, when the installer refuses to install. I also try to install to a temp folder, as well. Sometimes it lets me, otherwise.. into FS2004 it goes.
