BTW, I did notice both the "All Red" Radar and the delightful "Rainbow"...🙂....(used to, but, haven't seen a rainbow, in RW, in ages, now)....

LOL.....well by the time I got up in the soup the initial ride was not too bad, from about 4,000 up to 9,000 feet I think I called for my late mother at least three times 😄

Yes the radar was red practically red all the way.  When I initially took off the weather was not painting for some reason.  Now the rainbow was a stroke of luck as I happened to have a quick look out side and there it was as it was not visible from the cockpit.
