October 8, 20205 yr A320 was better in 1.8.3 than 1.9.3, at least for me. It was at least flying with AP within the route and was landing properly, at 1.8.3 But it is not following the route and holding around the departure airport at 1.9.3 Is there a way to downgrade A320 to 1.8.3 back, until a new patch will be released ? Thanks for your ideas and support, in advance. Intel i7-9700K - AMD 7900 XT (VRAM 20GB) - 32 Gb Ram - SSD Drive - Win10 x64 - Samsung 43" 4K TV - Quest 3 VR

There is no way to downgrade however. I hope Asobo will fix these problems in the next patch, even if they just revert to the version shipped in 1.8.3 - it's pretty much a moving target for now with the FlyByWire mod version being dependent on the shipped version. It will take some patience. - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
October 8, 20205 yr I use the Flybywire latest version, yes there's still issues now and then, but i just work around them.. 1.8.3 was far worse AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d, MSI X570 Pro, 32 gb DDR4 3600 ram, Gigabyte 6800 16gb GPU, 1x 2tb Samsung NvMe , 1x 2tb Sabrent NvME, 1x Crucial 4tb Nvme M2 Drive

While 1.8.3 had it's bugs, at least the basic navigational functions were intact. - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
October 8, 20205 yr The biggest problem (for me) is that you still can't guarantee it will retain the flight plan on the FMC when loading a saved game. That applies to both the vanilla and modded version.
October 8, 20205 yr I just choose an upcoming way point from the DIRECT TO page of the FMC and the autopilot then flies the route properly.

Unfortunately,it is not acting the same way in every A320N. I did the same but it is still not following any route. October 8, 20205 yr Author With the support of our collegue "altenae" I found the A320N 1.8.3 and replaced it with A320n 1.9.3 under Official folder of MSFS. But, when I ran the sim, just only for A320n 1.8.3 , MSFS saw all the content not up to date and offered the 1.9.3 patch again. Therefore, after a test, it is clear to wait for the next pacth to have something flyable. Perhaps you could replace the contents of the folder with the 1.8.3 files, but leave the manifest and layout files from 1.9.5.
