Carenado aircraft fixes - update

Recommended Posts

According to Carenado (via Twitter)

Two tweets from November 12-2020

Friends, after the last Microsoft Flight Simulator update (1.10.11) all of the issues reported for our CT182T Skylane in the previous version (1.10.8) were reverted and everything is working fine now.

Different situation with our M20R Ovation on which most of issues are working fine now, but there are still some which need a fix. We are working on them and expect to send a new package to Microsoft in the next days.

Please be patient.

Saw the post on FB. Let's see how long it takes to see the update.

It would be SWELL if the XPDR worked on Vatsim, in addition to the other little issues... Still a great GA aircraft... would like it to be SUPERB!  Still amazes me that developers choose FB as their communication medium rather than their own website or a dedicated FS page like AvSim.

Didn't they say the EXACT same thing right after Update #5?

They have a 40% sale on but not on MSFS aircraft as far as I can see.

Good to hear!

I love the Mooney, but right now I had my first CTD when I left clicked the altitude knob while in a busy area.

Highly unlikely that Carenado will ever have a sale on MSFS add-ons. Maybe if the MS store has a black Friday or other sale, then maybe some will get lucky.

You didn't really expect to did you? My guess is they scarcely sold a P3D plane since...Oh, let me see....😏

I'm sure that there are still users of P3D v4 or 5 and XPlane 11 users that are happy with the discount.

I've tried the legacy sims and yuk. I'm seriously considering deleting P3D v4 because I have no interest in using it.

Maybe I’m hopelessly optimistic... but I removed P3D v4 a week before MSFS release to reset my laptop in expectation of the new sim.

I do miss the RXP GNS 430/530 units & GTN 650/750 but I'm optimistic we'll eventually have them in MSFS.

Yup! We will it’s a matter of being patient and enjoying what we have now.

Which only bodes well in that we will have lots to look forward to.
