Henrik Nielsen's Global AI Ship Traffic for MSFS

Recommended Posts

The first beta with 90 quick fixed ships has just been shared with a limited group of users. First public launch will be in approx ten - twelve days but hopefully with 400 ships and global coverage.

But seems to work completely smoothly with all ships showing up on time and with the right textures...

Hello Henrik,

Question: will the new Version also be compatible with P3Dv5?
so the latest version can we use for both sim with one install.

thanks.

I try to answer for Henrik under his control but to use the full capabilities of MSFS, all ship has been upgraded in gLTF and DDS so as gLTF is not supported by P3Dv5, you have the answer to your question.

Sorry, but this version should only MSFS.

Thanks Didier, spot on - the new package will not work in P3D however, all ships till this date have been created so there is a P3D model stored - and I might publish them on a day where I am tired of Asobo... We also have almost a full Falkland package waiting to be launched for P3D and also being converted for DCS... ;D

For now however  full focus on getting this project back working in MSFS... And good news is that after going through hundreds of containers ships, bulk carriers, tankers and other booring stuff, but which is what fills the oceans, we are now getting to models putting some color e.g. the Volvo Ocean Race boats...

If you want, I'll give it a shot. It'll give me an excuse to fly to more varied places.

Are we still limited to Ocean going vessels only?  I miss seeing tankers on the US Great Lakes.

I think I will get to it in a week or two... but just for the Great Lakes - the rivers wont work until Asobo fixes it...
