Default. KSMF. Same airport do most of my evaluation flights into. A couple of releases ago, the ILS frequency automagically appeared in the radio. No longer. Just looking for clarification from the team.

I tried CJ4 today. It flies great except it would follow GS when APR is engaged, just lateral navigation (ILS tuned in manually and crosschecked)

apologies if this has already been addressed or a fix detailed...but....I finally just stopped using it after the last update.  I'm having problems with runaway VS and ALT.   Sometimes I can get the ALT to stop by clicking the mouse once or twice, but once the VS starts the runaway, I can't stop it.  If there's a fix for this, let me know and I'll go back to the mod.  Thanks.

From what I have read, this is an issue with the sim itself, not any addons.

A workaround is to not click to twiddle the knobs. Just point at the knob and use the mouse scroll wheel to make the changes.

....i'm off to test now....thanks for the tip.

....well....first attempts were the same.  My biggest problem seems to be the VS.  When I engage it, it works initially, but after a bit, the rate adjust wheel just goes bonkers and runs high or low without stopping. 

Just a guess, but check to be sure you do not have VS rate mapped to more than one key or control. I have seen behavior like this when that happens.

Well.....ahem.....this might be pilot error....I won't know for sure until I try the mod again, but midway through my third fight with the runaway VS, I thought it wise to double check the AP activity and it appears that in all my agitation, the AP had disconnected.  Once calmed down, stabilized, and the AP re-engaged, the ALT and VS responded without issue.....at least on this final try....so....now back to the mod (which is by far my more favorite than the original) to see if it was nothing more than a dumb thumbs issue....I'll report again.

This happens all the time (in real A/C as well) which is why we always 'check the scoreboard'. Have had A/P's engage on the ground locking up controls etc.
