Hello

When I try to purchase Carenado Ovation M20R I get a message "M20R Ovation purchase failed".

Has anyone seen the same? I would appreciate ideas.

Usually just need to try again...last time it happened to me it was with the 182....just redownloaded again and it worked.

I would check your payment settings in the MS Store. Possibly it has out of date paypal or card details.

I had this initially...it was a PITA to figure out.  Some options I've read on reddit or here include:

Temporarily clear out Community folder (or disable via addon linker)

Run as administrator

Reboot your router

Enable UAC (this one worked for me finally - I like to run it disabled)

If I try to run MSSF 2020 as administrator, all my purchase attempts fail.  If I run without  administrator sign in, my purchases work as they should.

If I use the store to get free content it works OK. But I tried 3 different add-ons ( Ovation, Seminole and an airport from another vendor)) and the symptoms of the problem are the same. The Credit card seems top be well setup.

Maybe try using your paypal in the MS Store settings instead of your card ?

This works for me too.

Run FS2020 NOT as an administrator. 

And make sure you're using the same account logged into FS2020 as the Store.
