January 3, 20215 yr Someone is trying to make money with this , it was free for fs2009.. never ported or anything for P3D ... I will try it when it is either freeware or at 0.50$ ...sounds like a con to me... Jorge
January 3, 20215 yr It's not a con, it's a texture replacement package that, as has already been mentioned, was free for FS9 (along with Evo). It's similar to Orbx Global or the Flight1 GEX packages. The author has obviously upgraded it (or maybe just made it compatible with) for P3D and why shouldn't he expect some money for all his hard work? If you don't like it then don't buy it, I did like it (for FS9) and used it for years.
January 3, 20215 yr Author Thanks for the info. The reason I am interested in this is I fly a lot in Mexico and ORBX is very inaccurate there. I am not a heavy ORBX user -- I have it (Global and OpenLC NA) which I use only in Alaska (having given up on Mexico). For the remainder of the US I use MegasceneryEarth photoscenery. Currently for Mexico I am using Ultimate Terrain NA 2.0 and wonder if there is much difference between the textures in UT vs this. For some reason it seems to me that Mexico is a very ignored area for flight sims. I have most of the commercial airports there. Many thanks and have a good 2021!
