April 7, 20215 yr Is there a key biniding (either keyboard or controller) that would allow you to turn on/off POI markers as needed? Thanks

April 7, 20215 yr That would be a good idea. I don't need all that junk showing on my screen all the time, so I do not have that feature turned on. However, there are times that I wonder what some large building is and would like to be able to just turn it on for a minute to see that particular item identified, if it is, and then turn the feature beck off.
April 7, 20215 yr I was wondering about the same question; but forgot about it and did not do any research. So I agree, this feature implemended would be very useful!

April 7, 20215 yr You find the settings to turn them on/off under the Assistance tab/Navigation Aids/POI Markers

April 7, 20215 yr Possibly added to the hidden toolbar at the top of the screen. Out of the way, but there when needed. Oliver? Mr. Lorby SI? -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe
April 7, 20215 yr Feel free to create a topic on the Wishlist subsection of the Official forums i am sure you will get tons of votes. This type of shortcuts are lacking like hell in this sim, same for toggling taxi ribbons On/Off... I made a request like this one, months ago, it seems Asobo didn't see it...
April 7, 20215 yr This might be useful. mixMugz has a user interface modification that will allow you to control several displays, including the labels for POIs and multiplayer aircraft. You can access the mixMugz UImods Pack here on github. You might take a look and see if this works for you. Hope this helps. -M --Mike MacKuen

The numerous UI features which are obviously needed by users will be added the day the team has somebody playing the game full time. They code, code, code (and even sometimes test what they code 😈) but nobody plays the game as it is. No reality check. Sometimes it feels like they seem not having any idea of what using their sim is all about.
