I was having a similar problem I deleted ROLLINGCACHE.CCC and all was well again.

The West Coast & Western European servers are all but down from my location, w/ an access time now of 250ms, and it's usually 28ms, so I had a very chunkly landing after a long flight before I realized what happened, and it's been a couple hours now I think.  Tried rebooting my router, etc but the issue persists.

Aircraft used in MSFS 2024:  Fenix A320,  Aerosoft CRJ, FBW, WT 787X, I-Fly 737 MAX 8, Citation Longitude.

 

TheROLLINGCACHE.CCC doesn't need to be erased in game. Go to the file in the ...flightsim.../localcache/ROLLINGCACHE.CCC and delete.

Did you get this resolved? If not, maybe deleting the cache file will resolve the failure to load. It worked for me. It isn't too late after updating.
