July 4, 20214 yr I lost a lot of weight a few years back. How you may ask? By not eating as much and being very careful about what I did eat. There is no way anyone can lose weight until their head is is the right place. Without the right mental outlook there is no hope...just ask any recovering alcoholic or drug addict. Gimmicks like this do far more harm than good as they tend to make people believe being overweight is not really their fault. As the old saying goes...the first step in overcoming a problem is to admit you have one.
