I uninstalled FBW A320 from the marketplace but I still have it in Content manager listed under "Not installed". I can't find a way to remove it from content manager altogether. How can I do that?

You can't. You "bought" it (for free) from the Marketplace, therefore it is linked to your account for ever and ever. Even if it is uninstalled, the Marketplace knows you "bought" it and maybe sometime in the future you might want to install it again. Hence, it remains in your Content Manager.

But it was removed from marketplace! I can't even install it. It's just there. Like an appendix.

Ah, right. Forgot about that.

Open file explorer, navigate to the Official folder. Find the FBW A32NX folder. Delete it.
