You "bought" it (for free) from the Marketplace, therefore it is linked to your account for ever and ever. Even if it is uninstalled, the Marketplace knows you "bought" it and maybe sometime in the future you might want to install it again. Open file explorer, navigate to the Official folder. Find the FBW A32NX folder.
