There's a good chance I'm doing something wrong, but I installed the updated PM50 GTN (free) and flew the JF Turbo Arrow IV last night, and periodically both GPS units would flash off for several seconds then magically come back on until later in the flight when they stayed off. It sounded like an electrical problem but there was no other indication of any issues anywhere, Is anyone else seeing this?

I updated it last night too, but I haven't tried it yet. Will post here if I see a bug.

Havent had the time to buy this bird yet - but is it worth it for low and slow ?

If you have a yoke with thr starter make sure its on both and not start. That might be the cause

I’ll check that out. I have a Logitech Switch Panel with a starter controlled through Spad.next. The Spad profile for “start” doesn’t seem to work so I turn it to both then use the mouse to engage the starter but I may have had the switch in start.

I know you’re going to enjoy it. Hopping into mine in a few minutes for a PilotEdge flight. The only advice I would give is to slow this plane down early on decent. It can be a little “slippery .”

I really like the JF Arrows.   Maybe for low-and-slow something like the Edgley Optica would be better suited but the Arrows are really good GA's.  The turbo arrows I would say are "high-and-slow" (lol) although if you get favorable winds I can achieve 170 knot ground speeds in the Turbo Arrows at 20,000 ft.

Did my first flight today DD LOWS - LOWI and it was fun but :

My rudder is very sensitive in this aircraft (Logitech)

Used the  Garmin GPS 530 but its a nightmare to use with a mouse

Will try the freeware GTN750 as i love it in P3D A2A Comanche

There's been another update to the 750. I don't know what changed.
