My Immersion add on for PMDG 747 is not working properly and despite having raised a ticket 2 weeks ago and following up a week later, there is still no response to my query. Very odd. November 1, 20214 yr Idk if it's the same with their immersion products, but I remember a while back they ended support for the standalone version of Chaseplane, meaning you had to migrate your licence over to OrbxCentral to comtinue recieving updates. So that may be the case if you're not using the version from OrbxCentral. Would recommend the above as another means of hopefully getting any issues resolved.
