Nanaimo to Squamish

Featured Replies

The Lodestar is the FSX version by Milton Shupe, panel is borrowed from the payware FSX Lockheed Electra (so, no clickspots, but it looks much better than a modern King Air panel in this kind of plane)

Wow, I´ve always liked this corner of the world. That´s a great comparison to Orbx PNW with Nanaimo and Squamish as I know it from FSX.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. Nanaimo looks really good from higher up. I haven't been to Squamish for some time, so I was keen to explore all the details in this freeware scenery. The difference to ORBX PNW is definitely there, I think.

Nice plane and great shots as usual! I lived in Nanaimo and MSFS does a great job of it ( i can even find my old house...). The GG academy add-on for Squamish is a must have. The bush strips that they have dotted around the mountains are a lot of fun, as is the practice field next to CYSE.

Beautiful and enjoyable set...!

Very scenic area to fly...I'm a bit familiar with this area from my virtual roaming in Orbx PNW...🙂...And, Milton's Lodestar is a SIM classic...good to see, here,...!
