LOL are you joking? They literally delivered this build with the mouse not working in the world map 😂

Also for the weather, a 10 minute flight would have been enough to realize the abrupt changes and all the clouds touching ground!

Glad you posted this about clouds on the ground! I noticed this too today, clouds for miles on the ground that were at sea level. Thought it was a lot of fog or something!

I have a four-year old W10 system with a GTX1080 GPU and standard HD display. DX12 reduces my GPU utilization on the HIGH-END graphics setting from 70-80% to 50%+-, with excellent smoothness. It's  not enough to let me go from HIGH-END to ULTRA using the Rob Young G36TC on a routine basis, but I like the extra headroom for more complex scenery depictions

Interesting. I have a gtx1080 and 6700k CPU overclocked at 4.5ghz and I've lost 5 fps with DX12 and it's very stuttery.

BTW, I checked Real Weather against the updated REX Weather Force at a single airport (KABI) where the METAR weather was reported CLR. Real Weather displayed a low-lying, light mist at ground level, while WF displayed a clear sky. So something is amiss with the weather depiction.

Thread voted up.

Ive reinstalled rex, it did an update, but it isnt injecting weather into msfs. Anyone else have it working? Im at an airport with rain, it says "LIGHT RAIN" in rex, but the skies are clear. Msfs live weather makes it cloudy.

Edit: ignore, working now.

Hi David

Since you can't receive private messages: I just wanted to thank you and congratulate you on such a great contribution to the MSFS community, very well done, facts instead of fiction, of which we sometimes see too much around here when it comes to technical issues.  numbers, not "opinion" speak for themselves!
