I had this exact problem, only way I got it to go away was shut off ipv6 in internet network settings. I have no idea why my weather would stop or how to make it work with ipv6 on but my weather now injects from start to finish no matter how long I fly. Maybe worth a try. I wish I knew why its like this but that is way over my head.

Thanks

Hope it helps

Anthony

Are you participating in the beta test build? Because this is exactly the kind of specific information that could be useful to the developers.

Well it was a while ago but I used to work in Australia as an observer both of conditions and also performed radiosonde flights with some pretty primitive ex navy radar equipment for the tracking. It was not our job to make forecasts but in these days (pre computer) the mets would quite often use the wet and dry bulb or as you said temp and dewpoint to check our optical observations especially if the situation was critical.  Balloon flights were usually only once a day and only then at stations that did them which were few then.

Things were probably different in the US as your climate (s) are so different. The page I sent was a simplification but gave a correct calculation of cloud base in most cases...enough to make it perfectly obvious the impossibility of what they are doing.  I notice you are much more knowledgeable in this that I but however they say it is ok because it looks good does not alter the fact that by their own figures it is often not a good representation of what is there....observations not forecasts as a METAR is an observation report not a forecast.

Yesterday I had live-weather, but croatia was covered in snow and the adrian see was completly frozen.

Original it has 7° (Not minus 7°)

It looks nice-but was wrong

I was about to try your suggestion, but funny thing is that this seems to be the first flight with consistent weather..... I passed the 300 miles radius and all is ok so far.....

Absolutely not on both my pc’s here. Two days ago with a flight from Amsterdam to Tivat I landed with a lot of thick clouds….

Today seems to be the first day I am lucky too. 400 miles into the flight and still clouds etc..... I am using the beta.

I think what irks people here is seeing essentially the same post every day in a new variation, demanding they fix the weather

IMHO this topic is about user-to-user experiences and search for a solution as some of us are now having very good experiences while others are not!  Until Asobo can get it cleaned up, consistently by region and consistently day to day, we are left to help each other.  And that is what is going on here!  And will continue to go on.  That is a large part of what Avsim is about!

My recent experiences have greatly improved.  I am using the beta, BTW.

don't call yourself a noisemaker. it's a bit cruel.
I think you have to study your ways of understanding other opinions, but don't underestimate yourself, man.
we are with you!

I suspect that the OP will just fade away and another will take his place - stay tuned.

We all know the weather is broken. Asobo knows the weather is broken. Please stop posting the same gripe over and over.

This one is done and if another one starts, it will suffer the same fate.
