I'd pay for that right now...  Sadly the gentleman who used to provide that service passed.  I am totally blanking on his name as well.  Shame on me!  Michael something?

Do you mean the late Michael Greenblatt from FS-GS?

Michael Greenblatt. I used him back in the FSX days. He saved me lots of grief and taught me a lot of stuff that I probably wouldn’t have otherwise know. I think he passed away prior to P3D coming out.

Post Edit: He passed away 9-8-12.

Myself as well.  His services and his attention to detail were impeccable.  This was all pre-Webex and video conferencing as well. (Sorry, not permitted to use the four letter Z word 😉 )

He would spend as long as necessary with you.  His service taught me an incredible amount as well.

Have a Wonderful Day

I've read about his services. I had already contacted him back then (when I was still a young student), but my computer was too weak and he suggested me some specs for a new rig. However, when I could afford it, he had already passed away. All I know is because of comments and reviews here, but I've found no one who offers a similar service 😢

What I understood of all is that, more than someone who tuned your computer, was more an intensive course on tuning it. I wonder which of the current tricks we use now were originally his idea....
