Hijust a follow up to my post..i have to say that there is absolutely No reason for her sarcasm,I don't care if Alcott has a wealth of Flightsim or Rw knowledge.what i do care about is Alcott's constant negative comments,to Forum Users,who come here to ask a simple question,Not to be insulted because they are either New to or confused by Aspects of FSx or any other flightsim.3 posts yesterday were all answered by her in the same sarcastic insulting way..there is no need for it.if Alcott can't answer a question or it's an old question...then don't post anything.it's that simple... steve

Totally true, Steve, I agree with you one hundred percent. That sarcasm to a new poster - is downright rude, and can serve only to turn him/her off the whole hobby. It has no place in any public forum. It's not pleasant to see it, and many people including me have complained about "manners"; "politeness"; and common courtesy for a long time. I have really only seen three people in my time on the Avsim site, where they have been constantly rude: one is only seen on another site, now, and the other has disappeared altogether. As you say - if Alcott can't answer a question or it's an old question...then don't post anything.it's that simple...Now - please - let's just get back to FS problems! :-)Thanks for your post.Regards,pj

I agree, maybe someone browsed over the manual, I know in the beta release I couldn't figure it out until someone pointed it out on the forums. Whats wrong with a topic with a helpful hint? Just like my topic posting my frustrations with nvidia, people with attitude problems can't wait to jump in and use their faux intelligence and anger to treat people like children and lecture them. Its quite ridiculous

I share your comments Paul. It's like one big happy family on here. I love the characters that you have named and am not put out by comments from those who normally help but because of maybe, tiredness have said the wrong thing. Dillon and Allcott (to name a few) helped me no end, in my early days and I can see the 'good' in them all.Even family members do that from time to time, none of us are perfect.Please allow them to return 'Tom'? Wer'e not alive long enough to bear grudges.
