March 24, 20224 yr Had this issue when I first started flying the FBW A320 a few updates ago. The outside is so bright you have to look down in order to see the flight displays. My normal view is the the default "F" key. Seems there was a setting in either my graphics card or MSFS settings to fix this. Did a search, couldn't find anything. Thanks for your replies in advance. i9-14900 3.2GHz 64 GB Ram RTX4090
March 24, 20224 yr We also changed some textures for the displays recently, which made them darker than expected. We are working on it. Edited March 24, 20224 yr by Watsi

If you have 'EyeAdaption=0' in the UsrCfg.opt file, set it to '1'. I had my EyeAdaption was turned off for over a year, but its better with it on. Is that what the HUE kind of look is on the displays? I thought my eyes were going bad but it actually does look very realistic…? Or ARE my eyes going bad 🤣 Looks good! I think they’re fine with the brightness knobs adjusted?
March 25, 20224 yr For me it's way too dark during daylight. Even with full brightness set for the displays. I think it also depends on your hardware a bit (graphics, monitor).

The cockpit becomes way too dark indeed right now when looking straight ahead. It's over the top now. I didn't change any monitor (or related) settings. BTW Am I correct the exp version has new screen reflections? They are a bit over the top too imho. Too obvious. Edited March 25, 20224 yr by tup61

Yeah, we are working on finetuning the brightness, but also to reduce the reflections a bit.

Meanwhile, I'll fly more at night. I was using the exp, switched to dev and noted the same thing. i9-14900 3.2GHz 64 GB Ram RTX4090
