You don't need it per se if you do not mind doing frequent manual checks on the FBW website, but it does greatly simplify everything. All under one roof and one click (or so) away. Cheers, 2Low2Slow

(I'm just curious 🙂 ) Interested in exploring the beginnings of the A32NX project? FlightSim.com recently published an interview detailing the start of the project, our team, and over 170 contributors. Included are some of our older previews of A32NX features and of course the A380X. If you've missed them or have just heard about us, this interview is a nice little roundup - read on below! https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/content.php?23979-FlyByWire-Simulations-Interview-with-Will-Pine/view/1 Huge thanks for Dominic Smith from flightsim.com who reached out to us to share our story of running a Free Open-Source Software development project for MSFS.
April 14, 20224 yr Did anybody got an update for the experimental version since using the new installer? With the old version of the installer, I got, at least, one update per day, but now, since 2 days nothing...!

April 14, 20224 yr Great interview @ Flightsim.com by @Watsi ! I too built up a passion for the Airbus family, modern and "Legacy". Now enjoying the Beluga in XP11, and about to by their A310 too. In the past my first passion was the 742, then came the BAC 1-11, then the L-1011... In the Boeing family it was also the 721 and 722 that made me dream of a good flight simulator to represent them, in the early nineties. Interesting to know where you come from @Watsi ? IT ? Aviation ? Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
