April 21, 20224 yr Routing: KPDX WHAMY4 IMB J15 BOI OCS MJANE FLATI3 KDEN My first major airline flight in MSFS - and I didn't end up upside down on the side of the runway after landing! That's a major win! I've also started learning about this FBW Airbus thanks to some of the forum-goers here. I am now able to start all the systems up from C+D, get a flight plan in with some numbers etc etc. Nice dark clouds to start the pushback Untitled-1 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr Start em up Untitled-2 by Ryan Butterworth, on Flickr (Guessing this is a fictional livery - SWA doesn't fly Airbuses right?) April 21, 20224 yr Awesome shots Ryan , maybe that paint job will help SWA get off the bottom of the latest service rankings .
April 21, 20224 yr Great photos Ryan...albeit, an unusual looking B737... Awesome repaint on that aircraft!
April 21, 20224 yr Glad to see you're getting the hang of it. I was a mostly GA guy for over a decade and have just recently gotten into airliners. Way more involved and gratifying than I ever expected. Enjoy! 9800X3D | 5090 | 64GB DDR5 | LG C2 42"

I do plan on getting the PMDG bird - especially because I enjoy the BBJ variant and flying into more regional airports. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
April 22, 20224 yr Congrats Ryan. I always found the tubeliners a little overwhelming and stuck to GA and Regional Turboprops, etc. After all, I'm simming for enjoyment and at my age those tubeliners are just a little much. I'm glad that you're getting the hang of them and enjoyment out of them. It means we can look forward to many more shots of them from you. James
