Pedal disconnect command FENIX A320

Featured Replies

Hi folks,

Does anyone know if there is a command that can be set in the MSFS controls to select the pedal disconnect feature on the A320 nosewheel steering tiller (Fenix one)?
cheers

What does that button on the tiller do, when depressed or released ?

It disables nosewheel steering when using the pedals, so you can check rudder controls with the pedals after engine start without the nosewheel turning (which is not healthy while static; though in MSFS that has no real effect; it's more of a immersion thing).

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

Good question - was thinking about the same question today too, but also no idea how to activate it 🤔

Did any of you guys find the command for the pedal disconnect?

I find taxiing more accurate using my Virpil Rudder pedals than using the nosewheel steering axis on my Thrustmaster Airbus joystick. It would be nice to assign this to a spare joystick button

Have you tried asking on their Discord channel, I am sure someone there knows.
