Oh please, I flew P3D for years, and tried latest version on a friends PC, it still looks like flatten wallpaper scenery unless you spend a fortune with Orbx, and even then, not good.

Whether P3D with addons looks good or not compared to MSFS is only something that users of MSFS can decide. All I know is that P3Dv4 with ORBx TrueEarth Great Britain and Netherlands installed looks very good indeed.

the clouds are horrible. We get one "type" and that is a cumulus like puffs and even those are not opaque just light transparent puffs.

So long as you're happy with the scenery in your P3D, then that's all that matters.
Despite some annoyances, there are enough elements that combine to make it a vastly superior platform *in my opinion*. I'm happy to have made MSFS my primary flight sim.

To you maybe, but we don't need another word not allowed contest between the sims.
Chacun à son goût (to each his own).

Probably nothing. My relatively vanilla MSFS often shows the same light transparent cumulus puffs.
When they're not translucent, the clouds are decent, if repetitive.
