June 5, 20224 yr If I were an aircraft developer, I would release on marketplace exclusively as well. As I am unable to get a RESPONSE (not a resolution, but a simple RESPONSE) from the MP team regarding my failed purchase attempts after 7 days, could you possibly advise me what I should do next (to give them my money) ? Well I noticed I did not download and install the Maverick update in the Market Place. So, I did and now I get a different message when I try to purchase the H Jet. That's the account I would use. Check and see if the MS Store has your order there. I've made sure that my accounts were identical to avoid problems with MS Store purchases. June 8, 20224 yr Author I received an return email from Zendesk. I tried every thing they suggested with no luck. Long list! At this point, I'm tired of wasting my time on this. I'll wait till the store issue is fixed. Or, I wait for some other way to purchase this product. Come on Microsoft you are better than this! Bill McCracken
