If you want eye tracking (useless for MSFS)

Interesting as I assumed the eye tracking feature was a plus over TrackIR - why is this feature useless in MSFS?

it's not, he doesn't now what he's talking about, I use Tobii on a 34 Ultrawide and it all works, just fine.... man done you wrong, took you down the path to the old barn.

although reportedly only in 'expensive TrackIR' mode. If you want eye tracking (useless for MSFS) you're limited to screens up to about 30" wide.

this is all so inaccurate and misleading, why write this, why Mark...... why?

Yes, I think that's the general reaction. Before you buy one I'd say you need to think why you assume it would be useful. Unlike head tracking with motion scaling, there is no obvious algorithm by which eye tracking can usefully move the view. I had the original Tobii eye tracker and it was excruciatingly awful with FSX. Most of the more recent reviews I have seen of the Tobii 5 eye tracker say it's great but they turn off eye tracking. I am willing to be better-informed, but nobody has yet explained what eye tracking does that makes it useful in moving the view in MSFS.

1 problem i am having in airliners where you could be clicking on buttons quite often

the camera moves while your head is still sometimes you end up clicking on the wrong button

buttons, it works on a 34 UW, not sure what's tripping you up here, also, also, it doesn't come with a manual, what does these days, my rice maker did but it's a one button job so who knows why, maybe there's a manual that tell you why something that only has one button has a manual.

obscure comment lacking in detail is obscure and lacking in detail, what the hell is a "big screen"? Asking for a general acquaintance

Perhaps try use the search function and you will achieve what you are looking for. The answer to your question. There was a massive topic on this and one where I went in to detail about it.

Doesn’t work On a 38 widescreen, nor on a 45, 55 or 65 inch ‘big’ screen. But you’d know this if you’d searched the forum instead of posting antagonising posts.

Works just fine on my 49inch curved 4k samsung tv at 1 metre distance.

Whats the issue?
