Yes. Reshade is a post-processing technique.
The “map enhancement app” does not enhance any maps, it offers alternative maps to the one served up by the stock game.

Thank you.

6.1.5 released, with instructions on how to add Apple Maps that a lot of people have requested. Their map data actually looks really, really interesting. Would love to see some in-flight shots of that.

Would love to see the incoming cease and desist.  He's making money on the back of Apple because in order to add Apple maps you have to pay him for a pro license.

Apple is tied, or a close second with Disney of companies if they suspect you are making a dime off their backs without any return to them.. You are done.

Amazing how quickly small developers start seeing dollar signs

Anybody can dowload free government landsat imagery, apply some post processing, and market them as their own.

You tell me whats right and wrong.

So because he wants to make some money, you would love to see it shut down?

The "Pro License" portion to add "custom" maps. Absolutely. He's making money off the backs of others by doing very little to nothing.

I'm guessing the developer is from another country where they don't care about such things, no?

I seriously don't care who makes money off Apple's back. I tried it in Utah and Glacier National Park areas, it definitely has a bit better scenery in GNP, but Utah was worse in a lot of ways (at least where I was). Guess it just depends, will check it out more later, have only tried it a couple of times.

I am tempted to buy the paid version just to try it, is the extra LOD detail worth it?
