How the hell are people expecting PMDG to be fully replicating a 777 1:1? I am not sure how many million manhours Boeing have spent on developing this aircraft, but it must be many. Maybe PMDG can spend 1000 manhours on improving the pathfinding a few percent, but I am not sure if it can be defended financially.

I am also hoping for a MD-11 version.

Microsoft/WT never said that charts would be free at the Expo. They said they will make an in-sim flight planer that will work with LIDO charts. Maybe they will sell charts for a dollar a piece? Another thing I heard is that LIDO charts are only made to order. So only charts requested by Lufthansa/LIDO customers have been created. I am sure most off the most common airports are covered, but the choice is narrow compared to Jeppeson.

I wonder when Navigraph will make it possible to plan from the Navigraph Chart app. Everything is so integrated that it feels like an unnecessary step to use the website.

So is this meant as a supplement to Navigraph? They are so integrated into the whole lifecycle of flight simming that I find it impossible to not use them.

Does it have a flight planner? I guess Navigraph won't allow them to integrate with SimBrief.

So when you are landing at LAX in peak hours and the IRL ATC have spaced out for maximum efficiency. Where should a sim-flight be placed in this, and what will happen with the spacing in all the flights behind you?

A Are you saying that a C172 and a MD-11 can change direction equally fast? I see your argument, but I don't see how that is the case. Mass must be a factor here.

Surly it cannot be that easy. Thats like putting a tanker ship going at 1kts into revers and expecting it to immediately start going backwards.

I do not think tweaking the sensitivity fixes the underlying issue. The general problem is how quickly it is to get a 200 tons aircraft descending at 1000fpm to have it climbing 1000fpm. It seems to break a few laws of physics. 🙂 MSFS problem, not a TFDi problem (even though they should be able to hide this flaw to a certain extent).
