I got my license around 45 years ago with a C 152 with all analog gauges, and now when I fly a steam gauge aircraft I feel like I am driving a stick shift, with a headlight dimmer switch on the floor, compared to today's modern avionics. Enough with the nostalgia, and with the shrinking number of VORs, the new tech is a joy.

Can you imagine having systems like this back in the 70's when we were making cross-countries with a chart on our laps? Randall Rocke
