November 8, 20223 yr Probably too busy working on their Airbus heavies which they were supposed to update in 2016 but never did. Orman
November 11, 20223 yr Graham has completely abandoned the Blackbox Airbus line, and is now 100% vested into his small planes for MSFS. Sadly, he refuses to admit that the Airbus development is dead, will never be finished, and claims that it "took a long back seat ride" verses saying what is obvious. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/new-project-from-blackbox/550642/4?replies_to_post_number=4 Pretty hilarious that he tries to blame the "Plethora of new Airbus product released on this platform" (meaning MSFS) for not finishing the Airbus...it never made it past version .8'ish. He stopped working on it back in 2016 as Orman mentions...several years before MSFS even came out! I'd have a lot more respect for him if he just admitted that its dead, and stopped selling it to unsuspecting simmers who still fly on that platform. They are unknowingly buying a product that will never be finished. @jfmitch,He doesn't monitor or visit his BBS forum any longer or as you noted, respond to emails. if you want to contact him...do it at the link I posted above. He DOES respond there. But be ready to be insulted if you try to ask about the Airbus development. He'll also try to deflect and say that this forum is for his little MSFS birds so don't bother him with Airbus questions there...then don't try to reply with "But I've tried to reach your business via email listed on your Airbus commerce site, and in the forums and have never gotten a reply." He's got an answer for every question about the Airbus, except the one that is the actual truth. If you are asking about his little planes in P3D or FSX, he's not interested in supporting those anymore either. You'd think he'd make an announcement stating he's only working on MSFS now, but I've never seen it. November 19, 20223 yr Sort of like another developer who created recently an airport in OR that I can't get to install properly, and they do not answer requests for support. For me the lessen is to buy from recognized developers who are reputable. Even though you may pay more upfront you usually get a quality product and good support.
