New inibuilds A310 NAV mod not following the route

Featured Replies

Did you realize that there're also push/pull options for the knobs (alt and hdg I think, just tried the A310 once). Maybe there's the problem.

The Push and Pull is only for Heading and Altitude but not for Navigation modes. The old lady is different to what we know from the way newer and enhanced A320.

Several flights in the A310 with route following- ensure your FMAs are as follows      P.SPD|P.ALT|NAV

Now if they would solve the Landing Weight calculation issue I'd be laughing.  Incredible value for a "default" aircraft- by far the very best since FS1.

For me, NAV will always kick in as ACTIVE FMA mode, but the FD roll bar is indicating left/right turn, however AP will not follow FD commands in Roll. No indication that NAV is only armed (in blue), NAV is green.

Basically, AP has just given up tracking the FMS route, but no warning is given.

Yeah, did another test flight and realized that too. In my case, the ship flew the programmed route perfectly (with NAV on FCU and having the ND in NAV mode).

Is this one correct?spacer.png

It seems like the push/pull functionality on this is kind of like the MD11 from what I recall?
