  1. Yes and that exactly has been done for all specific Phenom pages on the G3000. Quite a lot of work went into the G3000 enhancements to be honest. But it is tricky to mess with the basic features of the G3000 base as you a) will have to fork the base avionics generating more work and do not profit from updates coming from Working Title or you b) actively develop things for example via a plugin that are or maybe will be soon in the queue on the base avionics already but in most cases not announced to the public yet and then would clash again with the base avionics.
  2. There is actually no benefit in downloading the plane except you have a real slow internet connection. Set it to streamed and you will always have the latest version and no need to update.
  3. Actually the MFD is driven by the corresponding GTC input and its dials only. The buttons on the MFD are there in case you PFD fails and you will switch to the MFD as a reversionary backup display and then the buttons have their functions again they would have on the PFD. Sadly thats not simulated by the WT G3000 base yet.
  4. Can you please elaborate about what MFD/PFD buttons do not work so that we can check if its a bug or a limitation of the Working Title G3000 base?
  5. Nope, just checked. DC6 moved to complete 2024 native and new livery structure.
  6. Most critics are actually the blue glow that you sadly atm can't get rid off in 2024 and is a real pita. And I'm honest I hate the blue glow also but legacy is a PC thing only and therefore not the focus of Asobo. Its named legacy for some reason. DEVs have to trick around to get both interaction modes in sync. Otherwise there is no real reason to use legacy. Some still stick to it cause it was they way in p3d already with the tiny little arrows... In the end we flight simmers are bound to habits a lot sometimes and very reluctant to change :D @JYW a fix for legacy (where its technically possible) is worked on and confirmed already. And regarding the friendliness of the discord, its sadly the same as in every online medium, even the same here in this forum and even in this thread. Only we all together can try to make it a better place. Cheers T.
  7. Hi Rob... sure there are critical opinions out here, even in this thread. But to actually help you with your findings we would need to know what you are referring to. A simple "a lot of things on the first flight" isn't really helpful. And one personal remark on this "on the first flight". I see myself as quite an avid simmer flying all major high fidelity products out there, plus I was testing the Phenom from the very beginning as part of Rauls team: But I needed actually at least 5 flights in the beginning to learn how to fly it properly and nail it from that on. And that with help and input of active flying pilots on this type. So if you want to share a little bit more of your findings we could probably help to find problems or causes. Cheers T.
  8. You are actually sitting at a gate where you usually would not find a Phenom at all, could be the fuel truck couldn't get to its position without problems. In addition both on default and payware airports sometimes parking spots and routing on the airport are not 100% perfect aligned or even broken. As the product is relying on this data it sometimes can happen that vehicles taking weird ways, cutting through the plane or even can't appear at all. We do not have complete control over this but in most cases it should actually work without problems. Cheers T.
  9. Please check the manual starting page 49. Its all described in there. If you need a quick link: https://fsr300e.fsreborn.com/FSR300E_Manual.pdf Cheers T.
  10. May I ask what hardware you are using for your rudder input and what sensitivity you are using? Actually to be honest there was no resistance by Raul or you were brusehd off. If you feel like that we are def sorry. Things got actually quite crazy the last days on amount of questions. The problem is there is a lot of hardware around out there and we def can't test all of them. But we have actually 3 quite huge beta teams on the Phenom that are even separated from each other and a handful of active pilots on this type and honestly nobody reported this. I for myself am on quite old and noisy CH Pro pedals on default sensitivity and actually don't see this behaviour when you are easy on the rudder and just use the input you need. It def can get tricky both on takeoff and landing (like Murph perfectly showcased with beeing waaaaay to fast on his landing) if you use a bit of too much rudder input and then try to slightly over correct that can lead into quite some squirrely behaviour. Crosswinds come into play also for sure. Nonetheless we will try to collect more feedback on that topic and discuss with our pilots. Any feedback is appreciated and will lead to improvement. Thanks and Cheers T.
  11. I have flown with one of our real world pilots the Sirius of which the sounds were recorded in the NL. It was quite an experience so I envy you on your real world hours 😄 We will check with the blurry panel if its an easy fix.
  12. Raul open and honest said there will be updates and free for existing customers. But as Raul is not doing half baked quick and dirty stuff its actually quite some work to get them full native. And as you will actually see no ROI in such a case this work needs funding in a small company like FSReborn. But I can assure you both Sting and Sirius are not forgotten. BTW interesting finding with the blurry AP panel. I just tested and can conform its blurry on default view but at least for me it gets clear after a few seconds on zooming in. But on zooming out it gets worse again, too. I have noted the issue and we will check it. Next time please jump over to Rauls discord and report issues you observe. We live from feedback and without knowing we can't fix. At least on a quick search I found no report on this topic up to now and it must have sneaked in with some sim update as it was def ok on release testing back in the days. Cheers T.
  13. Due to the nature of the M600 being a Microsoft product and their NDA we'll have to wait for the official MS announcement. But it was teased as a M600 😉
  14. ...but you can hide it: https://flightsim.to/addon/100169/hide-this-message
  15. Sure. On initial load outside of the plane you will see first screenshot with seethrough for example on engine, gear bay and even on some parts of fuselage. You see at the engine that even parts of the model aren't loaded at all. After entering the cockpit, the plane initialises and then going out again (except having this pita external equipment loaded that I do not want) all fine. I know other planes take some time to initialise on first loadup like fenix and some others like the JF have some lights on until you enter cockpit but pmdg is the only one for me that is actually doing this thing. At least for me.
  16. Hahahahaha. I did the same but in PMDGs world that never happened and we are so called trolls 😄 I can live with that for sure... Otherwise you can still not walk the stairs or enter the plane in avatar mode or walk the cabin. Immersion and innovation is something that they honestly seem not to be even able to spell at PMDG anymore. On initial load walking around the plane you still get parts of model missing like the engine interior in parts and severe lookthroughs. So you have to enter cockpit for plane init first and then go out again. The official updated liveries have issues also. I don't get the hype about this anymore to be honest.
  17. I have flown the Asobo Caravan and own both the BS Caravan and the SWS Kodaik. The Asobo one afaik is an EX so it has waaaay more power than the BS Caravan which is basically the original 208B with just 675hp. So the Asobo is def easy to fly even at high weight because of its brutal power (>800hp) over the normal BS Caravan. On the other hand I find the Caravan itself quite an easy and forgiving plane to fly. In contrast the Kodiak is a 750hp STOL beast with quite less mtow than the Caravan. Comparing the BS Caravan and the SWS Kodiak is a bit like apples and peaches imho. And yes I find the Kodiak much more handful to fly than the Caravan. On the other hand I go fully loaded into PNG fields where I never even think about taking the Caravan into (at least far away from fully loaded). For me both have quite some different scenario to use in. For example I'm in an online tour atm flying over the hump. Just out of curiosity I have done quite some of the legs both in Kodiak and Caravan. And I can assure you the flights in the Caravan were a real Pita as she doesn't like the heights at load 😄 The Kodiak is def feeling a lot better up there. And the flight model of the 2024 Kodiak is a lot smoother on ground and in the air than the 2020 model. Both had issues on initial release btw with the Caravan ITT limited by error so she was actually not performing very well especially at higher altitude. That was fixed in the new 1.1 update out already. The Kodiak will get an update prob next week to fix some minor issues encoutnered so far. Both are very good products but both also have their shortcomings atm. So time will tell which will have its nose in front me think. SWS delivers a full native package where the BS Caravan is native but not 2024 modular design and following the old 2020 project structure and therefore will lead to the known problems in the variant livery selection with 3rd party liveries. To add pax to the Caravan you have actually to install a mod from .to otherwise you fly empty. Cargo is shown but very limited box style. Cargo pod stays empty. The Kodiak supports full native pax with changing cargo type in the different variants. Nice feature and real a pita in positive way as known from the real world Caravan is the out of balance tanks of the BS Caravan. So expect some tank switching on the fly. Nav suite wise the Caravan comes classic with the usual suspects of addons supported, the Kodiak with an extended 1000xi with a lot of customisation. Another point to fly them both 😉 So in the end me think both are a very good renditions and deserve to be in the fleet and I don't see any of the two failing even in its current state. Cheers T.
  18. Yeah sure. Repositioning flights are a valid example but even then they will not just fuel it up more than needed or even to max fuel like Christopher stated as it utterly makes no sense. You will only take the fuel needed (including, reserves, ballast and stuff if applicable) Cheers T.
  19. That absolut makes no sense in a normal usual scenario at all but even if you would insist to do, check some simple math 😉 MTOW 380T OEW 174T max Fuel 155.5T max landing weight 265T
  20. Oh yes you are right. Just found a FAQ entry on AS discord stating that also. Actually I trust Toliss a lot more on their reputation than PMDG but thats highly subjective for sure 😄As we are talking about a high level in general in this league of devs. Most will end in personal preference in this cases. Cheers T.
  21. In the end it really doesn't matter a lot if its only compatible or native as Toliss is doing the essential stuff outside of the sim anyway (so the benefit of newer flight/ground model related physics is neglectable) and it usually just shows that its a long running project started way back in 2020 times. This way they can still feed both worlds and most will be happy... Happy flying! Cheers T.
  22. I heard different and thats a reason I will def not get it now (beside that I've flown the Toliss 346 in XP a lot so no urgent itch to get it). If you own it can you please check where the wasm files reside for the 346? Afaik even on official feedback on AS discord they reside within the wasm2020 folder and that shows clearly its just a compatible plane but not native. Just jump to "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\" and check please... Cheers T.
  23. Sure. I assume you are using the Navigraph charts app and logged in on the Ipad. On the flights menu you should have the two options "+ new flight" and "Import flight". Hit import flight and you will get the option to import from simbrief. That will actually give you a list of flights avail from your simbrief history.
  24. ...and I hope all of you have played the textadventure already?
